Disappointed

I torrented this program a few hours ago, and I must say that I'm very disappointed! I want a refund right away. I have an internet cap of 2GB per month, and torrenting this program set me over that limit. My ISP is likely going to charge me for that, and I demand that Magix compensate me for that. The program sucks at everything it tries to accomplish.

I was simply attempting to edit this video of pornographic nature, and Magix kept telling me that there was an error. Error my ass, I installed the torrent 100% correctly! This garbage program is the source of the problem. I had assumed this program was so good because it's movie edit PRO. The pro part implies it's a professional grade program, but it was everything but professional. The GUI is very cluttered and difficult to navigate, and overall it wasn't even worth my time torrenting.

My ISP is going to add a $20 fee to my next bill for going over my data cap. I'd like Magix to compensate me that $20 as soon as possible. A check will do just fine, or perhaps a direct deposit into my account if possible. Thanks!

HI

This is a forum for users of Magix software who have legitimately purchased the software

You have downloaded a pirate copy of the software, which has incurred ISP charges, to edit a pornographic video  and you expect Magix to refund you these charges!!!

Without putting too fine a point on - this is your problem, you have created it, you are responsible for you own actions and the consequences that may occur as a result of them.
