I didn't receive a serial number with the Audio Cleaning Lab 4 CD i purchased, only a serial number with the other add on software. It's not being accepted. Help!!!

Where did you purchase the CD?

The serial number for your product is usually located on the insert included in the box or cd sleeve.
The insert can be found between the cardboard and the back side of the outer box.

Check spam email folder.
