I purchased Sound Forge Pro 14 in February. I have yet to get the Sound Forge Pro 15 upgrade/email promised. Has anyone been successful getting the email or installing the pre-order SF Pro 15 yet? I successfully downloaded SF15 Pro. Based upon one of the emails here, I tried registering, unsuccessfully, with my SF Pro 14 serial number. I must have overlooked something on the Magix website. I can't seem to send an email MAGIX support that doesn't match the "FAQ" solutions listed. I checked the current Newsletter, too. I even tried an email to "infoservice@magix.com" (suggested in the community). But, it was rejected. I'm looking for help. Does anyone have a suggestion about the next step to try?
