Purchased Sound Forge through Dell. In my Dell Digital Locker is a Sound Forge 15 Product Key and a PDF that states how to redeem my product key. However I can't find that Redeem function on the Magix site anywhere. I downloaded the trial version of the software to see if I can activate it with the Dell key and that doesn't work. I tried to register the product in my magix account, that doesn't work.

I'd like to install and use the software that I purchased...but this is a pretty unsatisfying customer experience.
