delay when hitting play

SF3 seems to fix most issues Sony left us with so that is good. But with the V3 demo, when I hit play there is a 2.5" delay before audio plays. as crappy as SF2 is, it plays immediately after hitting the space bar. any thoughts on this? I have a fast mac with plenty of ram so thats not an issue. thanks.

I see a response somewhere that says this is a user forum and no company support is given? fair enough but:

1) that should be stated somewhere to temper expectations

2) I looked and cannot find a sound forge for the mac support link. All I found were PC related links.

I just use the PC Soundforge support.....gets me to Mac support.

@matt-kern I'm experiencing the same delay, using SFPM 3.0.0, build 100, macOS 10.12.6. It didn't use to do this (I haven't used it for a few months—tells you something). Did you find any fix for this? It's really obnoxious!

I didnt. I only had the demo copy and now its expired. Unfortunate. Will finally have to find that replacement mac audio editor I keep putting off.....
