default template

When I start Magix Web Designer 7, it cannot fins a "default template"!

What shall I do? How do I establish a default template and how do I make the program find it?

When I start Web Designer 7 I get an error message:
"Magix Web Designer could not find your default template. Please open the file you would like to use as your default template and save this using the Save Template command ..."
But when I try to open an existing htm file, it doesn't show it.
What shall I do?

How do I create a template and how so I make the Web Designer load it?
