daily pop-up ads

Karen-Clinkinbeard wrote on 5/8/2021, 3:46 PM

I keep getting daily pop-up ads on the lower right side of my screen when I log in to my computer each day. How do I stop this? It wants me to by Photostory 2021 which I already own. I also get email ads which is fine, but I don't need both. I can't find anything in Photostory settings to make this stop. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi

Open Windows, Settings, select Apps and look for any of the following

  • Magix Cloud Import
  • Magix Connect
  • Update Notifier -  not Updater
  • Magix Network Sync

and uninstall them.

@john-x

Hi

That will remove just Magix Cloud, the main program will only be affected by the Cloud Import link within the program not working, otherwise it will work normally.
