cutting loops

i try and cut loops or even an audio object and when i click on the object it highlights when the arrow appears so i can make it longer or shorter it only lets me cut by a full bar . i tried cutting it by a quarter bar and it isnt letting me

@samuel-Pomales Click on the magnet symbol in the tools bar at the top and select a different grid size.
