Hi @Sandy-Nared, I do not fully understand your query. Please elaborate.

Basically. highlight the segment you wish to remove and select 'Cut' or 'Delete' in the 'Edit' menu, (or use keyboard shortcuts or toolbar icons). Do the same for the next segment you wish to remove. If you just want the segment silenced, use 'Process> Mute'.. or.. 'Graphic fade' to draw a smooth interpolation.
