Do you have a phone number that I can call to talk to someone. I have emailed 3 different email addresses and called one number that I found on your website and they are all inactive or disconnected. It has been very difficult to get my questions answered... We are a school district and I need info for an upgrade/purchase please.

Are you saying that emailing infoservice@magix.net has failed to actually "send" (i.e., it has bounced back to you as "undeliverable"), or is it the case that you are still waiting for a reply?

Magix are based in Germany and, like a number of other companies in Europe, at least some of the staff are still working from home, hence any delay in replying to emails.

OTOH, if the emails are being bounced and so failing to arrive, please let us know and one of the Moderator team will alert Magix staff to this problem.

Thank you for that message.

I will alert Magix to that problem. However, it is late Friday afternoon in Germany so there is unlikely to be any sort of response before early next week, sorry!

Also, it does seem there may be a problem with the Magix servers - other user have reported problems when trying to make purchases and I know Magix are preparing to make announcements about software updates etc., during this weekend - but that email address is the main one for Customer Service and really ought to be accessible at all times, I think.

Check the address you used for typos.

Please note that it is also now the weekend in Germany so you will not get a response until later on Monday at the earliest.

Depending on the product you want enquire about and:

  1. it is a Magix product (not the Vegas range) or Movie Studio 18 the only other contact is via the support system - see this guide on how to navigate it, and select the Ask support option then Product Consultation option and continue through the dialogs.
     
  2. is a Vegas product see this page and select the Resources, Sales Contact option.
