how come the phone number listed in US is false and never works!!!

i want to ask a few basic questions from a human... too much to ask?

1--the push-blurb ads are horrendous!!!

2--I wanted the simple video editor like windows movie eidtor as the Magix sales pitch idicated... to start.

3--i DO NOT want the feature of all componenets breaking apart when i open

I have completely DELETED PROGRAM and had to do kernel search to find dam ad-blurb push to remove!

can cusotner service give me a working phone nmber? or my money back??

@DAVID-scheer You selected the Update Notifier to be installed during the installation, which is the program that shows the pop-ups for new versions. You can just not install or uninstall it.

To add to @SP. comment - the Update Notifier is now called Magix Cloud and has previously been known as Magix Connect, Update Notifier Connect and Network Sync.

The name you see in Windows settings, Apps depends on which version of Movie Edit pro was initially installed.

I would also advise you to turn on the Spellcheck in your browser.
