I got charged on 3/24 for $29.97 and I never heard of your website before in my entire life. I differently did not buy anything from your website. I am calling my bank to report a fraud on you.

Are you absolutely certain you have not signed up for some kind of subscription service for a Magix product or an add-on for something like Music Maker, e.g. an instrument? The charge of $29.97 is unlikely to be for a full product.
The fact that you said you have never heard of your website before in my entire life does suggest you have no Magix products, in which case contacting your bank as soon as possible is your only option. But I have to say I doubt very much that Magix (the company) have charged you for something unless they were given your card or bank details by someone else. In other words, any "fraud" is highly unlikely to be by Magix (the company).
Thank you Jeff. I called my bank and they have to wait until it posted before they do any investigation. I am very sure that I have not give my card information to anyone or any website. I don't do music or anything like this. I just siting here on my sofa watching Netflix all day long and have not moved anywhere, left alone walking to my wallet and pulled my card out to buy any music so stuff like that. No, I just posted today because I just found out today. I tried to find a phone number or something but their address is in NV but their phone number is said FL. Also, that phone number is already disconnected so I can't contract them.
