Using the current version. My cursor is in the cutting mode (scissors) and I can't find how to change it back to the default selection mode. I've read the manual but I can't find an answer.

In order to return to the regular mouse mode, please use the "Options" menu => "Edit mouse mode" option, or the appropriate hotkey on your keyboard (V). If this alone doesn't help, please completely reset the program by manually deleting its main configuration file "AMLab.ini". You can find this via your Windows file browser in the following default location on your hard drive:
C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Audio Cleaning Lab\22
(Adjust the path name according to your specific product version or customized installation path.)
Delete the file, while the program is not running, and then start up Audio Cleaning Lab again. In order to be able to navigate to that location, you may need to reconfigure your Windows file browser to show hidden files/folders in the first place.
