CURSOR DISAPPEARS AND METER FREEZES SOUND FORGE AUDIO STUDIO 14

I updated my SOUND FORGE AUDIO STUDIO from version 12 to 14. In this new version there is a bug that did not exist in the previous version (12). While playing a sound, the cursor disappears and the meter freezes. The curious thing is that if I click on any menu, they start running again. And when closing the menu, the problem occurs again. The computer I'm running the software on is an Intel i7 with 16 MBytes of RAM and HD SSD. I don't think it's a computer configuration problem.

I hope you mean 16GB of RAM, not 16MB.

I use AS14 and I've never had the problem you describe. I'm running on Windows 10 and using a USB interface.

@Gilberto-Metzker

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

In addition to what @Former user has written, the problem on your machine seems to be predominantly one concerned with graphics. Have you checked that all your drivers are fully up to date? Do you have a separate GPU or are you using only the on-board graphics? It would be very useful if you told us exactly which i7 CPU you are running, i.e. the exact model number and, if you do have a separate GPU, exactly which one it is.

It does not seem that this problem is widespread (as far as I can tell no-one else is reporting it) so I honestly have to say I think this is a configuration problem, possibly unique to your computer.

I'll add that I'm using a 5-series integrated Intel GPU with a Core i3 processor, with 8GB of RAM, without experiencing rendering problems of any sort.
