@marcus-galante

Hi

What is the full name and version number as found under Help, About of the program you are using.

A CUE ( .cue) file which describes the way tracks are organized on compact discs and may contain the song name, performer, and length of each track on the disc. and is used for when creating CD's.

Are you using the Files option of the Export dialog to save the music as a MP3 ?

If not please describe the steps and options you are using to export the audio.

Cleaning Lab 2016. 21.02.38 DP3. Yes I am using the files option. It seems to be making 2 files both mp3 one working and the other not so I get confused as I am trying to keep allot of files in order.

Hi

I do not have Audio Cleaning Lab 2016 installed on my laptop, however check the Export, File, Settings dialog if there is an option to also export a m3u or cue file. If so then make sure it is unchecked as shown in the image below (this is from Video Cleaning Lab's Export, File, Settings dialog which is very similar)
