credit card processing.

hello, I put in my credit card information in to purchase a monthly subscription for Vegas Pro, it was taking too long to process, so I reloaded. the credit processing ended and I was asked for credit card info again. however, when I checked my bank account the money had already been withdrawn. please help me resolve this matter. thank you

@bobby-khive You need to contact infoservice@magix.net or shop@magix.net. You could also check your e-mail. Maybe you already got all your purchase information.
