I was going to buy another year for my website which is set to renew on the 10th.
But, I have changed my mind and want to remove my credit card payment info.
The only option I am seeing to do this is to contact support and wait 2 days.
Is there a faster way to get this removed before I get charged?
The only possible route to do what you are asking is if your website renewal is showing in your Magix account. To check, go here, log in and go to My contracts.
If it is listed there you may be able to cancel the renewal there.
If it is not listed, the only option is to email infoservice@magix.net and request cancellation.
