Creating a build up with audio files?

Hey guys, im new here and need some help😂

I wanted to create a build up using the midi editor. However i wanted to use an extern mp3 file to create an build up with. Is it somehow possible to copy them in the midi editor and use it as an kind of "normal instrument"? I also tried to just convert it into an midi file and copy it in the midi editor but that didnt work. Can someone help me?

@volker_racho What do to mean with "build up"?

You can play audio files with MIDI notes with the help of a sampler VST.

Or do you want to convert audio files into MIDI notes?
