I wanted to activate a product to another computer. So I needed a new activation code since the serial number wont work since I've already used it. But then when I got to activate a new code, it says that I can not activate a code this time/Code error. I thought that it was the computer ID since I was not sure where to find it but it looks like that's not the problem since the error doesn't say that the computer ID was wrong. Can you guys help me please?

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.
First, it would be very helpful to know exactly which Magix program you are trying to activate! Most (?all) Magix programs allow more than one activation per user, I think.
When you say you got to activate a new code do you mean you paid for a new code, i.e. "bought" the product again?
Because activation, I understand, links your email address to the specific code, I wonder whether, if you already have your address linked to the previous code, the registration server will not allow a "new" code for the same program and email address?
In the end, I suspect this is one of those sorts of problems that only Magix Customer Support can assist with; as ordinary users we have no access whatever to any registration details other than our own.
