Welcome to the Magix forums.

Have you tried disabling your antivirus and firewall whilst attempting the download? It is not unknown for such apps to "interfere" with a user's wishes!

I had a problem where Google wouldn't download it. The process froze, and taskmanager showed it as unresponsive.

If this is the issue you have: Go into Google settings, go to advanced settings, and turn off "Ask where to save each file before downloading". That fixed it for me.

PS All firewall settings and Windows settings didn't make a difference. This did, possibly because it conflicts with another Chrome setting elsewhere? Whatever the reason, I was able to download a product after changing that option.

EDIT: It might also have worked because I gave permission in Chrome for Magix to download multiple files as well. That was already enabled even when it wouldn't work before, but with the other option changed it might be necessary?

I already have the installer downloaded what i'm having trouble with is using the installer itself
