CRASHG CRASH etc

since installing the up to date version of Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition I keep getting crashes... in Tutorial, Songmaker, building songs with loops, building songs with instuments and even when trying to us HELP!

I have bought and downloaded many additional packs so am loathe to uninstall and reinstall.

When the crash happens the whole system freezes and I can only get out of it via TASK MANAGER

I am using and HP NOTEBOOK running WINDOWS 10

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Please do not duplicate posts, doing so does not get you a response faster and can only result in splitting of responses such that other users cannot follow the thread of the topic.

This is a user to user forum, not Magix support, however there are many users who have experience of many issues you may have, and as such responses may take some time ie until a user who can help is online.

As a first step we need more information:

  1. Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
     
  2. Are you using any external audio equipment connected to the laptop?
     
  3. Are the graphics card drivers up to date?
     
  4. More specific information on what actually causes the crashes eg what did you do that caused a crash.

Ok the Help system brought me here so how do I get Magix Support? Happy to give all the above details but do any users of this forum have issues with crashing with the latest version as I described running in Windows 10 on an HP laptop with it’s standard drivers

Just follow it through. From this page choose Ask Support. It will ask you what the problem is and supply some possible answers but at the bottom it gives the option to send support a request.
