Without a lot more detail we are highly unlikely to be able to offer any advice to you! Please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there; at the moment we know nothing about your computer (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU if any, Hard Drive type and free space) nor even about the exact version and variant of Music Maker you have!

When you carried out the uninstall and reinstall did you follow the exact procedure given in this tutorial? Although it refers to problems following any Win 10 upgrade the advice is also entirely pertinent to removing any Magix product from your computer.
