Crashed computer, not able to reinstall....Movie Studio Platinum

Hi, my computer died and now I'm unable to reinstall my copies of MSP 13, 14, & 15 on a new computer.
I managed to save some serials, but the software does not show up in my account to activate.

I only see a list of older versions of MSP.

When I enter a serial of one of the newer versions I receive the message that the serial is already in use....which is correct, but on a crashed computer......

:-(

Is there any way I can deactivate the license and reactivate it again???
