crash when browsing loops

Hey all, I recently got some credit for this from Humble Bundle, and have been trying to make use of it. But in the store panel, whenever I try to check out the different loops, Music Maker ends up crashing sooner or later. Costing me whatever I made and forcing me to re-sign in all over again.

anyone know why this is happening?

Hi

Are you using an external audio interface?

If so, this can be caused by compatibility issues between the universal ASIO driver, which is used by the default software, and external audio hardware - check you are using the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the audio equipment, and not the universal ASIO driver.

I'm using "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" as that's what my monitor uses, I don't know if that counts as external. How do I check the drivers themselves then?
