Crash at the first hurdle

I have just downloaded a copy of Magix Edit Pro. As soon as I opened up the file I got a warning that it was unstable and I should close the programme. as it may be unstable. I tried to send the crash log but it maybe due to not having connection to the internet, which is wrong. One warning was "Error in filters ofx followed by a load address. I am not sure what all this means but I hope you can unravel this conundrum for me.

Hi.

In this instance I don't think anyone can help you without a complete rundown of your computers complete specifications including all components type, build, and generation, along with all graphics driver versions and current Windows build version.

Which version of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro do you have?
What's your Windows version?

Have you updated your graphics drivers including intel based on your type of PC system specs?

I assume you have upgrade from Movie Edit Pro 2016 to 2022

If the error message contained 'Elements.ofx' module error' - see this Support article.

In addition, the error message would suggest that your computer may not be capable of running some of the effects using Hardware Acceleration.

I see you have been asked before in another topic for your computer specification - please provide this, preferably put it in your profile signature, so we can help your further - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote the processor and graphics card/chipset make/model in full.
