i did a survey an was told a 50 dollar coupon was going to be added to my account an never came? anyone have this issue?
Where was this survey posted (assuming it was online)? Was it from Magix themselves or from a third-party seller? Was it connected to a specific software?
I cannot recall ever seeing such a survey (and no-one else who posts here has ever mentioned one) so it is very difficult to advise you without a lot of additional information from you.

that was the survey they sent me
@mike-wallace I don't see anything about a coupon. Or it could be that the coupon was raffled between all participants and you weren't selected. I think most of the time the coupons are not really useful because they are only valid in the Magix.com online shop and only for non-price reduced products. If you are not a getting a completely new product you never owned before, an upgrade is often much cheaper than using a $50 coupon.

The survey shows up in the information part of the Startup dialogue of Music Maker 2023, in German.
I tried to respond and the third question, Country, most of the list is blank.
So that was as far as I went. I tried on my other computer and got the same result.
EDIT:
I just selected a blank country and continued.
Next screen - there is no selection for MMM2023 Plus or Premium.
Next question, How much would you pay for a yearly Premium upgrade. Popdown box is empty and nothing can be typed in.
Questions 6 through 8 - lots of boxes to check but nothing beside them.

I managed to get through the entire survey and completed it successfully. At the end, it asks you to confirm your email address, telling you to check your junk mail for the email.
I did this around a week ago, and still not received anything. Been checking on a daily basis in case it slips into the junk box.
Anyone received theirs?

Magix clarified in the German part of the forum that the coupons will be sent out AFTER the end of the survey (October 12th 2022).

I keep checking my junk folder, and still nothing. Frustrating, because I have been looking to purchase several instruments.
Also, are people getting them via email?
I repeatedly tried to do the survey, but the country drop down list stopped at Netherlands & as I live in the UK I couldn't go further. It's too frustrating! So, I re-did the survey putting Netherlands as my country & the survey crashed! Crazy ! I wont bother trying again !
Well, it's 3 days later, and still no email. I think I had better contact someone :)
