@JOAO-CHAGAS Maybe another application blocks your audio device. A restart (NOT shut down!) of your computer could help to free it up again. I would suggest you try this.

@JOAO-CHAGAS

Hello, Welcome

Have you downloaded and installed the most recent driver for your soundcard and operating system?

Make sure there are no background applications using your audio driver at different sample ratings.

I have installed Music Studio in a new computer, running Windows 11. Restarting the computer has not fixed the problem. It seems that the post indicated by Stephen does not apply to my software. The soundcard driver is up to date.

I have a .VIP project open. When I click the Play button, I get the error message and there is a 1-second noise from the computer speakers.

@JOAO-CHAGAS

Hi

My apologies, the message "Your audio card is synchronized to an external clock". Error usually applies to a lot of software.

Have you tried the Samplitude forum for help here.

@JOAO-CHAGAS Have you tried to change the sample rate in the project settings? What sound device are you using?
