you use an old email address to which I no longer have address. Please change your records for me to: Removed by moderator. Or send me a link to your page where I can do this myself. I have searched for one on your site without success. Thank you.

@jeanne-t

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately we do not use your old email address, nor can we change your registered email address as this is a user to user forum not Magix Sales or Magix Support.

You can change your email address by browsing to magix.com, click the Account login icon top right of the home page and login.

Select User data, Change details - there you can change your email address.

Note: you may have to re-register any software you are using, that was registered to the old email address, to use the new email address.

@johnebaker - Thank you for that response to @jeanne-t - and what you suggested is exactly what I did. EXCEPT after I changed my profile details, there was NO SAVE CHANGES BUTTON to be found. Not anywhere on the page. This is very frustrating. Can you offer a suggestion as to how I can change my registered official email address on Magix? Thanks.

UPDATE - after writing the above, I went BACK to my profile page and tried again, and TA-DA! This time the SAVE CHANGES button was right there! So I'm adding this in case someone else encounters this crazy no-button situation I saw earlier. Just exit the page and go back to it and try again. Maybe you'll see it.

ALSO, if any Magix website supervisors are reading this, you need to figure out that problem and fix it please.

@David-in-Mississippi

These are user to user forums so there are no Magix website supervisors reading this, sorry!

However I am pleased that your problem is resolved.
