I'm trying to install the COREFX Suite installer on my Mac and even if it shows as installed I can't find the application. Any help would be appreciated. :)
The coreFX Suite is a set of plugins designed to work within your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) so I suspect there is no application as such to find.
What is your DAW? Is it amongst those listed on this page, towards the bottom of the page?
Firstly thank you for the kind and fast answer. I don't know how comes I haven't checked before writing this post but I'm sure I read somewhere that in order to install these plugin you had to get an custom installer (the file i've installed) where you can manage, licence and see all the plugins (something like "Waves Central" does).
So, to correct my post. The installation went just fine except Protools saying that these are invalid 64bit AAX plugins as shown on the screenshot. Any ideas to get a fix? (Works fine in Logic X)
I've never owned or used PT but I understand it has a "reputation" for expecting users to use only software or hardware made by Avid. Perhaps the fact that CoreFX is by Magix makes them "invalid"?
Hey @emmrecs, yes indeed Avid are quite a pain when it comes to hardware but software is fine. I have tons of plugins that all work just fine so I suppose it a bug coming from the AAX plugin file itself (since VST and other work). So I hope someone from their team could check it out and see if it could be fixed :)
