Administrator rights errors are generated by your Windows operating system, particularly Vista and Win 7 which have much more robust security settings. These may be overcome by installing your program (which one are you using?) as an administrator and available to all users, rather than installing in a single user account.
It's hard to answer your question about email or facebook as you give no indication at all of what 'the file' is eg file type or size. I have no problem attaching exported video files, like avi and mpeg, as long as they are within the size limits of the programs receiving them.

My O.S. is Windows 7 64 bit. Looking to attach a wmv (windows media file) into email. Also wanted to upload a file into facebook ...says something about third party copyright infringement. I thought since I purchased this software I was entitled to copy the files created and email and/or use them on other drives.
