Thank you for the response. I can confirm that it is the Convology XT Complete. I have attempted various recommendations — some suggesting that the VST files are in an incorrect location — none thus far have solved the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Normally all my previous MAGIX downloads have proved efficient and straightforward however I have noted that there are numerous online references to the same problem. Thanks for any and all comments.
