I'm needing to know how to convert sample rates when adding an audio file. I turned off the "ask me again" notification and don't know how to turn it back on. I need to turn it back on so when I load an audio file that is 4400 htz I can convert to match the project which is 4800. So how do I turn the notification back on and also conver the audio file to the same sample rate as project?
