Hi

You can export a single frame from the movie as a jpg, position the timeline cursor at the image you want to export - File, Export, Single frame as jpeg.

If you want to export the whole move as a sequence of frames you can but only as bmp files - File, Export, Video as a sequence of frames.  This will give you a large number of images depending on your projects framerate.  Ensure you have sufficient disc space - a single 1920 * 1080 bmp file is about 6MB in size.
