Hello I have 2 contracts of Vegas Pro 365 (1 month subscription) and I would like to cancel these 2 subscription as I do not use this program anymore. My is who, what, or where do I email a letter to cancel both my subscription because they keep charging my account when I dont even use this program. Please and Thank you.

@Gflorezz Just write a mail to infoservice@magix.net and tell them your customer number and that you want to cancel your subscription.

Please be aware that cancellation of any subscription contract takes effect 30 days from the date on which your notice of cancellation reaches Magix. Thus, if another due date falls between the time your notice reaches Magix and the effective date of cancellation unfortunately you will have to make a further payment.
