content catalogue

Hi.

I cannot use content catalogue... (Windows 10 64 bit)

1. I installed the content installer.

2. Utilities -> Galleries: checked all.

3. File-> New from Content Catalogue.

4. Popup messages appears: "The Designs Gallery must be enabled to import content. You can switch it on from the Utilities>Galleries menu.". There is no any option for it under this menu.

How can I use the catalogue? (I have a registrated version.)

Thanks.

Peter

@Peter-Renner

Is your Update Service still current? If not, the online content catalogue cannot be accessed.

Yes, I think so. I bought the full version on 09/17/2020, and updated the software last week (Xara Designer Pro X 17.1.0.60742  DL x64 Dec  9 2020, update service code is Removed by Moderator).

@Peter-Renner

Thank you for the additional information.

Your Update Service should certainly still be current but I have removed your personal Update Service number from your post because this should, I believe, be confidential.

I think you need to create a Support Ticket here and ask for their assistance with this, unless any other user of XDP sees this thread and has ideas or suggestions to offer.

Thanks, Jeff. (Actually I do not know what the update service code is for... :-) )
