I have gone through an hour of an endless loop trying to put in a support request. Everything leads back to the unhelpful 'Help Center,' and though there is a page with 'Ask Support,' there is never a link to contact them.

Finally in 'Ask Support' I asked "How do you contact support?" and then got a second tutorial telling me that only after you ask support a second time do you see the link.

This is the most terrible 'support' experience I've ever had that I haven't even been able to have yet.
