Hi

The computer ID being asked for is not the Windows computer ID, it is a unique ID that is generated by the program for activation.

Are you running the trial version of the program? If so then AFAIK you cannot purchase/activate the HEVC codec in program while using the trial version.

If the program is correctly activated with the P3- serial number you received in the purchase confirmation email, and all the extra content has been downloaded and installed then there may be an issue with the program connecting to the registration servers - see this Support article
