Commercial Use

To whom it may concern,

I purchased the MAGIX Music Maker premium and I wanted to know if use of the instruments purchased in the MAGIX Music Maker store (for example Drum Engine, World Flutes, etc.) are available for commercial use or would I need to obtain a licence? Also, what on MAGIX Music Maker can be used for commercial purposes without having to obtain a licence?

@Stanley-Herrera

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please be aware that these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support so no-one here can give an absolutely "official" answer.

However, all the content that comes with MM is intended solely for "personal" use. Indeed, "commercial" use is strictly forbidden unless the user purchases the "commercial licence" for EACH soundpool he/she wishes to use for commercial purposes. I believe the commercial licence, where available, can be purchased through ProducerPlanet.

Sad that people aren't actually reading your posts. Graham is the only one who actually did. Yes, instruments are usable commercially. The default MIDI arrangements that come with them are not, but if you design your own patterns they are.
