@Richard-Behymer No, you need to buy a commercial license once for every Soundpool you use in your songs. You can get the license from the Music Maker in-app-store or from Producerplanet.com.

Is there a way to upgrade all the soundpools I have in the software from non-commercial to Commercial (Royalty-free)?
