Commercial License for Soundloops

Hello!

I'm thinking about buying MMM 2017 Premium edition, and I have read a lot of comments about the need for Commercial license when using Soundloops. Because some of these were not clear to me, I'd like to ask about these restrictions.

If get it right, to use the Soundpools in a commercial product, I need a Pro License. Soundpools are the stuff which can be found under the Loops tab in the program, right? These are like pre-recorded samples. (Sorry if this is a stupid question, this is my first encounter with music creator programs) Everything else I create with the built in instruments, I can use it commercially.
