Combining multiple effects to a pre-set

I've got Sound Forge Pro 10, and want to combine effects like Volume and Time Stretch into a preset. Is it possible? For example, in editing a voice-over track for a commercial spot, I want to lower the volume of the breaths by 50% and time stretch by 95%. Any takers ;-)

Surely you can do it.
That is what the Plug-In Chain is made for.

Scripting as well. Back in the SCS days there was a Script forum. There is probably a similar script on there that could be used as a template. Search the archives,

I have not been able to add a process, like Normalize to a plug-in because there are no processes listed - only effects, 3rd party etc. How is this done in Pro 11?
