Collage effecst with MEP 2015 (how to apply them)

joserobles1941 wrote on 7/20/2016, 3:24 PM

Hi,

I have searched collage effects quite thoroughly before posting this question and not found much,  except a very extensive and too complicated post about making your own, posted by one of the distuinguished members of  this forum.

I have also read the PDF  manual and there is nothing either.   So I would appreciate any comments on how to apply the collage effects that come with the program.

Thanks in advance for any information any of you might have

Hi

To apply a collage effect - drag it on to the first image or video object that its to appear in the collage.

Note:

  • you must have all the required images or video on the timeline in sequence before applying the collage

  • the names of the collage indicate the orientation,  ^ = portrait    > = landscape, and the number of objects that will be included on the collage eg > 5 obj 01 is a landscape 5 object collage

 HTH

John EB

@ Terry

Thanks for the visual - I did put up a video several times in different formats, however there was something wrong with the Magix converter - it kept giving green video!

In the end I abandoned uploading the video - other jobs called.

Cheers

John

Hi Terry,  Hi John,

Thank you very much for the info.

I did have some idea on how to apply them but did not do it quite right.  I did try to apply the effect  to all images selected and not only on the first one.   Also I did not have any idea as to the symbols an their meaning.

Thanks again,
