I will check them when I get home but you are having this clicking noise only in Bass loops? If so, its just crappy sound recording quality on the loops. I understand that the other sounds/loops sound fine?

I would think they are just poor quality Bass loops. They came with Acid Pro, correct? Exactly which folder are they in? I will check them out.
Thanks they are in the Bass folder inside the "EDM - Electro House" folder that was art of the loop bundle that came w acid 9. See picture below. thanks for your help, I appreciate it!
I imported one of the bass loops into pro tools running through the 11 rack and there wasn't a problem - it must be the macbook sound card, or parallels or both or neither lol. Thanks again for responding!

Most likely culprit is Parallels, from experience, Windows based audio and video editors, that need direct access to the hardware, have tended not work well using Parallels or similar virtualizers.
Having a dual boot MAC using Boot camp and separate Windows installation should be a better solution.
