Clean Install of MMM Premium

Hi, I uninstalled MMM premium 2017 due to getting a pop up error saying Vita.dll is missing I have just re-installed MMM Premium and i'm still getting the Vita.dll message and now the Soundpool store which is normally one of the tabs on the right hand side is missing too, has Magix removed this or is my software not installing properly and if not how do i go about installing a clean error free version, thanks...

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

As you have discovered, uninstalling and reinstalling does not always solve problems because the default uninstaller does not remove files and folders which were created after the original installation, when the program was first run, because it does not know they exist! Those additional files often seem to be the culprits in situations like yours.

Please read all the information in this tutorial pdf file: https://www.magix.info/uk/tutorials/fixing-program-issues-after-windows-10-upgrade--1142475/ Your problem may NOT be directly related to a Windows 10 upgrade but the general principles detailed also apply to situations like yours so please follow the instructions carefully and in order. Some sections may not be directly applicable but my advice would be to do what the tutorial says anyway!
