Chroma Key ..problem!???

Hi all ..I'm trying to create a video using Chroma key!!!! I bought a new Greenscreen from Amazon and put it up today.

(I have to say I've done the Chroma key successfully before..but Magix Movie edit pro just doesn't want to remove the green this time!)

I'm left with a box! YES! A box round the video I can't get rid of!

Any suggestions as to what I've done wrong would be greatly appreciated!

Have attached pics of what my setup is..the image before trying to greenscreen and an image of what Magix has done after trying to remove the Greenscreen! (It's in a box still!) Argggggggg!!!!!!!!

Was using my Samsung S9+ to record the video

Hi,

Use Color instead of Green and select a green area. Green is currently broken.

Hi Dave.

Can I add that any type of background should be evenly lit with no visible shadows or change of tone to the colour throughout to be flawless or you risk patchy breakthroughs.
