Has anyone else gotten charged after canceling their service? I lost my job and have no income, I cancelled last month and got charged this month. How does that work?
In the terms and conditions of said cancellation, it depends when a user cancels as this can crossover to the following month, hence and additional charge.

@Philip-Wyble Yes, it could be that you canceled too late. I think you need to cancel at least 14 days before the end of your monthly subscription. If less than 14 days were left, the cancelation takes place one month later. Please check the terms of service for details.
