I have created a template which displays 11 chapters.In my current DVD project I have 12 chapters, however the 12th chapter is shown on a 2nd menu page. I have sufficient space within the template to have the 12th chapter. How do I either force or create the chapter button to appear on my existing menu ?
Have you been using the 'Order' or 'Composition' options? They give you different chapter button arrangements and chapters per page options without changing the rest of the layout eg backgrounds and colors.
The first one on my MEP list is Max 16 to give you your 12 chapters on one page that you can still move around if you don't like the simple two column default.

Pleased to hear you're making progress. I'd suspect the simplest workflow to use would be first select a template style, next apply an order/composition to get the required number of chapters, and lastly start your customization. It might be useful to others if you could summarize your final results.
