Hello i have got music maker and i have only 8 channels is there any way to increase channels? At settings tab there is only 4 and 8 channel option. waiting for your help

That is "tracks" not "channels." Channels are something else.
If you have the free version, 8 tracks is all you get. See the comparison chart on Magix.com for what is available in each product, free, Plus, Premium.
If you purchased one of the products, you have to Activate it and then download and install everything that is under the Store tab, including presets, instruments, functions by switching between them and also clicking on the gear at switching to purchased items.
