Changing the Templates Language !! Is it possible ??

Even though I have set my Language to USA English or UK English, the Templates are in another Language, which I cannot Understand. It is difficult to created a webpage with the templates, if I can't understand the headings, etc.

Can anyone assist please ......

Are you possible referring to the placeholder texts ("Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...") that are automatically filled into the text fields of the templates? This is just dummy text in a faux-language to demonstrate the template properly. You can replace it with your own text or delete it.
