Changing Recording Device (Microphone input)

My microphone input is coming from my computers built-in mic. I am trying to use my condenser mic which is connected properly. I use it in my other DAW's with no problem. How do I change the input control in Magix Music Maker 2016 Premium to record audio from a specific mic?

Although the version she is using is 2013 the above link may halp you sort out your input problems.YYou mention you have a condensor mic? do you need phantom power with your mic? it wont work without phantom power what make is your mic? does it have a usb connection? or mini jack?.

Check your audio/midi settings in the progran settings menu you will find your input/output settings there.
